This site is especially for attendees and friends of the Allicock Family Reunion 2011 which will be held in Maclean in the Tysons Corner area, Virginia, from Friday, July 1st to Sunday, July 3rd, 2011.
The committee members of the Robert Frederick Allicock Heritage Club (R.F.A.H.C.) would like to thank all family members and friends who attended the 2009 family Reunion in Texas. A special Thank You to the planning committee for the love and dedication that was so obvious. It will always be a memorable reunion. Once again, thanks to all.
The Steering Committee of the 2011 Reunion has begun its work and will be keeping you updated with the plans for what we hope will also be a memorable event in July, 2011.
The steering committee is comprised of the following individuals: Samuel Allicock, Lucy Allicock, Lisa Allicock, Diane Allicock, Dr. Carmen Barclay-Subryan, Lennox Barclay and Jeffrey Gittens. This website reflects the beginning stages of planning the reunion. It is important that you invite family members and friends to join now in order to facilitate our planning and for you to be be updated on the finalized arrangements for the reunion. We have already had three wonderfully productive meetings. So far committee members have reported remarkable progress in making plans for the hosting of the reunion as well as for organizing fund raising activities.
We hope that this would be a wonderfully collaborative experience as we bring family members from all over the world together for what we expect will be a memorable occasion. We hope that by introducing the word "Festival" into the title and theme of the reunion we will have a truly festive occasion. Please send us as many ideas as you can in order to let us know how best you would like to see your reunion succeed as a great event.
